HOW TO
MANAGE SCANNERS

ADDING SCANNERS

1. Open your event in Vibez.

​

2. Go to the SCANNERS tab.

​

3. Click NEW SCANNER and add usher’s NAME + PHONE.

​

4. They’ll get an SMS link. After allowing CAMERA access, they can start scanning.

​

5. Monitor scan counts on the same page.

ASSIGN SCANNER MANAGER

Assign a SCANNER MANAGER to manage scanners and buyer lists.

TRACKING ENTRIES

View total scanned tickets in the DASHBOARD.

IMPORTANT

• Scanning is done via a mobile BROWSER (no app needed).

 

• Ensure stable internet/data at entry points; no connection means no validation.

 

• If reception is weak, export the SOLD TICKETS report (filter: VALID TICKET) to Excel for offline reference.

MANUAL TICKET USE

To USE TICKET manually: open SOLD TICKETS, find the order (name, phone, email), click USE TICKET.

CAN’T FIND TICKET?

• Guests can access tickets at https://web.vibez.io/tickets by entering their PHONE NUMBER.

 

• Place a printed sign with a QR code to help guests retrieve tickets.
