Contact the organizer

Each event is run by its organizer (the Project behind it). They're your first stop for anything specific to the event — entry, refunds, approvals, or questions.

Find their contact details

  1. Open the event, then tap the organizer's name or logo to open their Project page.

    You can also find the organizer from Explore — switch to the Communities tab and search for them by name.

  2. Look for their contact links, usually near the top: WhatsApp, email, Facebook, and Instagram.

  3. Reach out on whichever channel they've published.

Some organizers also add a website or more contact info in their event or Project description — worth a look if you don't see a link.

When to contact Vibez instead

The organizer owns the event. Contact Vibez only for account issues that aren't event-specific.
