Getting in at the door

Your ticket is your entry. No printout needed — just your phone.

Show your QR

1. Open Tickets and select the ticket for tonight.
2. Tap Show to open your entry QR full-screen.
3. Hold it up to the scanner at the door. Turn your screen brightness up so it scans fast.

"Vibez verified" rotating QR

Some events use a dynamic QR that refreshes every few seconds — you'll see Vibez verified and a short countdown. This stops screenshots being passed around. Just keep the ticket open at the door and it stays valid; you don't need to do anything.

Good to know

• Have your tickets ready before you reach the gate — signal can be slow in a crowd. Your tickets also open offline in the app once they've loaded.
• One QR per ticket. If you're bringing people, make sure each person has their own ticket on their own phone (see Assign tickets to people).
