Find & filter members

As your community grows, search and filters help you find exactly who you're looking for.

Search

On Community → Members, use the Search box to find someone by name. It updates as you type.

Filter

Tap Filter to narrow the list by:

• Status — Active, Pending, On hold, Inactive, Declined, Invited.
• Gender — Man, Woman, Other.
• Age — 18–24, 25–34, 35–44, 45–54, 55+.
• Groups — any of your custom groups (pick several).

Applied filters show as chips in the toolbar; tap a chip's × to drop it, or Clear all to reset.

Act on the results

Once filtered, open Actions to work on everyone matching:

• Approve all / Hold all (when you've filtered to pending).
• Add to group / Remove from group.
• Export CSV.
• Deactivate all.

Filtering plus bulk actions is the fastest way to, say, approve every pending member from last week, or drop all your VIPs into a group in one move.
