Choose what you ask members

When someone joins your community they fill in a short application. You control what's on it under Community → Requirements.

Always asked

Every member gives their name, phone, email, and country — these are required and can't be turned off.

Optional fields

Switch these on if you want them, off if you don't:

• Gender
• Profile photo
• Date of birth
• Social media
• ID number

Your own questions

Add custom questions for anything specific to your community. Each has a label, the question text, and an answer type:

• Text — a free written answer.
• Multiple choice — pick from options you set.
• Yes / No
• File upload — e.g. a document or photo.

Toggle a question on to show it to applicants, or off to hide it without deleting. Answers land on each member's profile.
