Edit or unpublish a ticket

Updated 2026-08-11

You can change a ticket, take it off sale, or remove it — here's how each works.

Edit a ticket

Go to the Tickets tab, open the ticket, and tap Edit. Change the name, price, stock, type, access, and the rest, then save.

Once a ticket has sold, some fields lock to protect people who already paid. You can still add stock to sell more, but you won't be able to change details that would unfairly affect existing buyers.

Take it off sale

You don't have to delete a ticket to stop selling it — change its Status instead:

  • Paused — stays visible on the event page but can't be bought. Buyers see "Not available" unless you write your own Buyer message (e.g. "Back Thursday 20:00"), which appears once you pick Paused.
  • Removed — taken off the event page entirely.
  • Timed — let it switch on and off automatically with a sales window (set Sale starts / Sale ends).

Set a ticket back to On sale to start selling it again.

Delete a ticket

If a ticket has no sales, you can delete it outright. Once it's sold any tickets, deleting is blocked — set it Paused or Removed instead, so the records of who bought it stay intact.

Sold out vs off sale

A sold out ticket has simply run out of stock — raise the stock to sell more. That's different from Paused/Removed, which is you deliberately taking it off the page.
