Transfer a ticket

Transferring a ticket you already hold is coming soon. It isn't available yet.

Today, tickets are given out during checkout: whoever buys an order assigns each ticket to a person, who then claims it (see Assign tickets to people). Once a ticket is issued and claimed, there's no in-app way to hand it to someone else.

When transfer arrives, you'll be able to pass a ticket you hold to another person, where the organizer allows it for that event. We'll update this article the moment it's live.

In the meantime, if you need to get a ticket to someone else, contact the event organizer (see Contact the organizer).
