Top up your balance

You add cashless balance by buying a Top-up from the event. There's no separate "recharge" screen — a Top-up is a product you purchase, just like a ticket.

Add balance

1. Open the event and find the Top-up (sometimes shown alongside tickets or drinks).
2. Choose the amount and check out.
3. Your balance updates and is ready to spend at the event's cashless bars.

At the event

Tap your wristband to pay; the amount comes off your balance. Many events also let you top up on-site at a top-up point or bar. Leftover balance and refunds after the event follow the organizer's terms — check with them (see Contact the organizer).
