Save or download your ticket

Your tickets live in your Vibez profile, but you can also keep a copy on hand for the door.

Save the QR

In the Vibez app, open a ticket, tap Show to see the QR, and use Download QR to save it to your phone's photos.

Offline access

Once your tickets have loaded in the app, they open offline — so a weak signal at the gate is no problem. Open the app before you reach the door so everything's ready (see Getting in at the door).
