How cancellations and refunds work on Vibez. Because organizers run their own events, most cancellation terms are set by them.
As a global platform, Vibez requires each organizer to meet the requirements of local laws regarding cancellations and refunds. To cancel a ticket, contact the event organizer directly, and check the event's official page for its specific cancellation, refund, and transfer terms.
For orders transmitted through Shva, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase and up to 7 business days before the event. A cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price applies to all cancellations.
