Create a discount

A discount is a code buyers enter at checkout to get money off. You create and manage these under Codes.

Create a discount code

1. Open your event, go to the Tickets tab, then open Codes.
2. Tap Create code.
3. Keep the type on Discount (the other type, Secret tickets, just unlocks a hidden ticket rather than discounting one).
4. Set the Amount — toggle between % and your currency, then enter the value (e.g. 30 for 30% off).
5. Under Applies to ticket, pick the ticket the discount works on.
6. Give it a Name you'll recognize, e.g. Early-bird 30% off.
7. Tap Create code.

The code itself

Leave the Code field blank and we'll generate one automatically. Want your own? Type up to 12 letters and numbers, or tap Generate for a fresh random one. Share it with your buyers — they enter it at checkout.

Limit it (optional)

• Max uses — cap how many times the code can be redeemed. Leave blank for no limit.
• Expires — set a date and time after which it stops working. Leave blank and it never expires.

Extra options

Open Additional settings for two switches:

• Auto-activate for all members — every community member gets the discount automatically, with no code to type.
• Hide other products — when the code is active for a buyer, they only see the tickets it applies to.

Discounts go live the moment you create them, so double-check the amount and the ticket before you share the code.
