Turn on notifications — iOS & Android

Turn on notifications so you catch event updates, order approvals, and reminders.

When you're asked

The Vibez app asks for notification permission when you first sign in. Tap Allow.

If you said no earlier

iPhone (iOS)

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Vibez.
3. Tap Notifications, then turn on Allow Notifications.

Android

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Apps (or See all apps).
3. Find and tap Vibez.
4. Tap Notifications.
5. Turn notifications on.

You'll now get updates from the Projects you're a member of, and alerts about your tickets (see Event updates & announcements).
