Turn on contacts access

Assigning from your contacts needs your permission. Vibez only reads names and phone numbers, and only to help you send tickets.

When you're asked

The permission prompt appears the first time you open the contact picker while assigning. Tap Allow / OK.

If you tapped "Don't allow"

You can turn it back on in your phone settings:

iPhone (iOS)

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Privacy & Security.
3. Tap Contacts to see the apps that have requested access.
4. Find Vibez and set it to Full Access.

Android

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Apps (or See all apps).
3. Find and tap Vibez.
4. Tap Permissions.
5. Tap Contacts, then choose Allow.

Reopen the assign screen and your contacts will load.

If you chose Limited Access earlier, only the contacts you picked will appear when assigning — switch to Full Access to see everyone.
