Where are my tickets?

Every ticket you buy or claim lives on your Vibez profile, tied to your phone number — so you can reach them from any device you sign in on.

Find your tickets

1. Open Tickets — in the Vibez app, or on the web.
2. Sign in with the phone number you used to buy — we send you a code by SMS or WhatsApp.

Every ticket you own or have claimed appears here, newest first.

What if a ticket is missing?

• Bought for you by someone else? It shows up with a Claim button — tap it to add it to your tickets (see Receive & claim a ticket).
• Used a different phone number? Sign in with that number instead — tickets follow the number they were issued to.
• Order still pending approval? For members-only or approval events the ticket appears once the organizer approves your order.

Still can't see it? Reach out to the event organizer (see Contact the organizer).
