Vibez gives you two views: your project home for the big picture across events, and an event's stats for everything about that one show.

Project home

This is your landing screen, and it's built as a triage list — decisions first, then the rest of the picture:

  • Attention — orders and members waiting for your approval, with Approve all right there.
  • Live now — a row per event that's happening, showing how many are inside and how many sold.
  • Selling now — the events currently on sale. Nothing on sale? You get a prompt to create your next event instead.
  • Members — your community count, and how many joined this month.
  • Activity — recent membership requests, approvals, and orders.

You only see the bands your role allows.

Event stats

Open an event and go to Stats. It adapts to where the event is — building up, live, or over — across a few tabs.

Sales

  • A state card up top: a "Doors open" countdown before the event, live usage during it, Final attendance after.
  • Daily snapshot — Revenue, Tickets, and Views for a day, with date arrows.
  • Event income — your money, with an expandable breakdown (gross, fees, refunds, commission, what's left in your balance).
  • KPIs — Attendees, Event views, Conversion, and Avg spend.
  • Valid tickets · by type, an order overview (approved, refunded, rejected, disputed), and a sales chart with peak hours.

Demographics

Who's coming: new vs returning, gender, top countries, age distribution, and your top community referrers.

Live

Appears only while the event is running. Live attendees, your top scanners, and a searchable door feed so you can find any ticket by name, phone, or order number.

Tap most cards to drill in — the order overview jumps you straight to a filtered Sales list, for example. If a number looks off, start with the breakdown behind it before assuming the worst.
