Your checkout hold (order timer)

When you start an order, Vibez reserves your tickets for a short window — around 15 minutes — so no one else can grab them while you pay.

While the hold is active

Finish payment before the timer runs out. If the window expires, your tickets are released back to the event and your unpaid order is dropped.

If your order expired

Just start again — open the event, pick your tickets, and check out. If a ticket type sold out in the meantime, the organizer can tell you if more will be released (see Contact the organizer).
