Payment methods & how you pay

You pay for your tickets securely at checkout — card details are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor, not stored by us in plain form.

Paying

• Pay by card at checkout. The methods available depend on the event and region.
• Your total includes any tickets, add-ons, and discounts.
• You're charged when the order confirms (or after approval, for approval events).

Managing payment

You can review your payment details in Payment settings in your profile. A refund, when issued, goes back to the original payment method (see Cancellations & refunds).

If a payment fails, check your card details and try again, or use another card.
