If you open a dispute (chargeback) with your bank over a Vibez charge, your order shows as disputed in the app.

Try this first

Before disputing with your bank, reach out — most issues are faster to fix directly:

• The organizer for anything event-specific (see Contact the organizer).
• hello@vibez.io for a payment problem, with your order number.

Why it matters

A dispute can cancel the tickets tied to the order, and it takes time to resolve through the bank. Contacting us or the organizer first usually sorts it out without losing your tickets.
