As a global platform, Vibez requires each producer to meet the requirements of local laws regarding cancellations and refunds. To cancel tickets, please contact the event producer. For each festival, please check its official website to see if cancellations, refunds, or ticket transfers are allowed under their terms of sale.

For orders transmitted via Shva, the following cancellation policy will apply:
An order can be canceled within 14 days from the order date and up to 7 business days before the event date. A cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price will be charged for any cancellation.
Request for a cancellation by sending a mail to hello@vibez.io and make sure to mention your order number.
