What is Vibez Capital

Updated 2026-08-27

Vibez Capital pays out your ticket revenue early — money in the bank before the sale starts — so you can book the talent, lock the venue, and fund production without waiting for the door.

It's available now. You arrange it by talking to us rather than from a screen in your dashboard — see apply for financing.

How it works

  1. Create your event on Vibez. Your sales history is already here, so there are no spreadsheets and no paperwork.
  2. Get an offer. We look at your track record and the projected ticket sales of the event you're planning, then offer to pay out a slice of that revenue early. Most organizers hear back within 48 hours.
  3. Your sales settle it. The money lands up front. As tickets sell, a share of each sale settles the payout automatically.

What it is not

  • Not equity — you give up no ownership.
  • Not a loan, and no fixed monthly payments — there's no bill arriving on the first of the month.
  • Not separate from your ticketing — it settles out of the sales you're already making, alongside your payouts.

How it's settled — and what it is not

People often ask "how do I pay it back". There's nothing to pay back on a schedule: a share of each ticket sale settles it automatically, as the sales happen. No invoice, no monthly instalment, no date you have to hit.

Two things it's easy to confuse it with, and both are different:

  • Not the 80/20 payout hold. Your normal balance releases about 80% soon after sales with roughly 20% held until about 10 days after the event — that's how your own payouts work, and it applies whether or not you use Capital. See how & when you get paid.
  • Not a refund. Refunds return money to a buyer. Capital settlement moves a share of your sales to us. Unrelated flows.

What organizers ask

How much can I get? It depends on the event. We look at your track record and the projected sales of the show you're planning, then pay out a slice of that revenue — an amount your event can comfortably cover.

What does it cost? Your offer spells it out before you sign: the payout amount, the cost, and the share of each sale that settles it. No hidden costs.

What if sales are slower than planned? The payout is settled by a share of each ticket sold, so it moves at the pace of your sales rather than a fixed schedule. If something bigger changes, talk to us — we're event people and we know how this business works.

Do I have to sell my tickets on Vibez? Yes. Capital pays out your Vibez ticket revenue, and your Vibez sales are what settle it.

Can I get it for my first event with you? Your sales history is normally the application, so it's easier once you've run events with us. Planning your first? Talk to us and we'll look at it together.
