How & when you get paid
Updated 2026-07-21
Your ticket sales build up a balance. Once it's released, you request a payout to a bank account you've saved — Vibez processes it and the money goes out.
Where to find it
Open your event, tap More, then Payouts. The top shows Available for payout — what you can withdraw right now — with four figures below it: Total earned, Current balance, Paid out, and Pending.
When money becomes available
Most of your balance is available soon after sales, but a slice is held back so there's cover for refunds around the event:
- 80% is available to withdraw.
- 20% is held, and unlocks about 10 days after the event ends.
When something's held, the Payouts screen tells you the exact amount and that it's your 20% release.
Request a payout
- On the Payouts screen, tap Request payout.
- Choose a saved payee, or add a new payee inline (see add a payee).
- Enter an amount — up to your available balance. Tap Use max to fill the full amount.
- Tap Submit request.
The payout stays Pending until it's processed. While it's pending you can open it and Cancel request; once it's approved, it's on its way.
Fees
The platform fee on your sales is shown in your Event income breakdown on the dashboard, so you can always see gross, fees, and what's left for you — see understand your event income.
