Understand your event income
Updated 2026-08-23
Your dashboard shows Event income — and behind the headline number is a breakdown of exactly how your money adds up. Here's what each line means.
Open the breakdown
On the event Stats (Sales tab), find the Event income card and expand it. You'll see your money walk from gross sales down to what's actually yours.
The lines
- Gross sales — everything buyers paid, before anything's taken out. It splits into Online and Cash underneath.
- Refunded amount — money you returned to buyers.
- Disputed amount — chargebacks and contested payments.
- Service fee charged — the Vibez fee added on top of the ticket price and paid by the buyer.
- Service fee deducted — the Vibez fee taken out of your side of the sale.
- Affiliate commission — what your ambassadors earned on the sales they brought in.
- Net credited balance — the subtotal so far. This is your event income excluding cash, because cash never passed through Vibez.
- Announcement costs — what you spent on paid announcements. The line only appears if you've sent any.
- Payouts — money you've already moved out to a bank account.
- Current Balance — the bottom line: what's left, available to pay out (subject to the release schedule).
Where the numbers live
- The headline and breakdown sit on the Stats dashboard — see read your dashboard.
- To actually move money to your bank, that's how & when you get paid.
Every amount that comes off your total is shown as a negative, so you can read the card top to bottom and watch gross sales walk down to what's actually yours.
