How can we help? / Payments & payouts

Add a payee

Updated 2026-07-21

A payee is a bank account you pay out to. Save it once in your project and it's available to every event — so requesting a payout is a couple of taps, not a re-typed IBAN. Payees can be you, or anyone you settle with: crew, security, the venue, the lineup.

Add one

  1. Go to Settings → Payees.
  2. Tap New payee.
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Payee name — who this account belongs to.
    • Country — where the bank is. This decides which bank fields you'll fill next.
    • Category — what they're paid for (Event owner, Event crew, Security, Venue, Lineup, Sound, Lights, Medical, Legal, Transportation & logistics, and more). It groups your payouts by category on the Payouts screen.
    • Email — for their payout records.
  4. Then the bank details, which depend on the country:

Israel

  • Beneficiary, Bank name, Bank code, Branch, Account number.

International

  • Beneficiary, Bank name, IBAN, SWIFT / BIC, Phone, Beneficiary address.
  1. Tap Save payee.

Using and managing payees

  • When you request a payout, pick a saved payee — or add a new one right there in the request.
  • Tap any payee to see its details and how much you've paid it (payout count and total).
  • Remove a payee you haven't used. Once a payee has payouts, it's locked for your records — contact support to archive it instead.
