Affiliate Terms

Last updated · November 2026

These terms apply when you join the Vibez affiliate program and promote events on Vibez for a commission. By creating an affiliate account you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who you're dealing with

1.1 Vibez is run by three sister companies: Nuvo Innovative Solutions, Ltd (Israel), Vibez Tech, Inc. (United States) and Vibez Technologies (Cyprus) Ltd (Cyprus), together the "Vibez Companies". Their details are in the Buyer Terms.

1.2 For each event you promote, your contract is with the same Vibez Company that contracts with that event's organizer under the Organizer terms. For your affiliate account itself (sign-up, profile, directory listing), your contract is with Nuvo Innovative Solutions, Ltd, or with Vibez Technologies (Cyprus) Ltd if you live in the EU, EEA or UK.

1.3 You must be at least 18. If you join for a business, you confirm you can bind it.

2. How the program works

2.1 Organizers open their events to affiliates through campaigns. Each campaign sets the commission rate for that event. You can join open campaigns in your affiliate app, or an organizer can invite you.

2.2 You get a personal link (and, for websites, an event feed) for each campaign. A sale counts as yours when a buyer completes an order through your link, as recorded by Vibez.

2.3 Organizers can change or close a campaign. A change applies to sales after it; sales you already made keep the rate that applied when they were made.

2.4 We may list you in the public affiliate directory so organizers can find and invite you. You can ask to be removed from it.

3. Commission

3.1 Who pays. Commission is paid by the organizer of the event, through Vibez: we deduct it from the organizer's proceeds and pay it to you. Vibez is not liable to pay commission an organizer doesn't owe.

3.2 How much. The campaign's commission rate, applied to what the buyer paid for each ticket in a completed order made through your link (ticket price plus service fee), as shown in your affiliate app.

3.3 Refunds and chargebacks. No commission is earned on an order that is cancelled, refunded or charged back. If that happens after you were paid, we may deduct it from your future commission.

3.4 When you can withdraw. Commission for an event becomes available after the event ends. You withdraw it from your affiliate app to a payout account you've verified, once your available balance is at least 10 in the payout currency. Payout fees vary by currency and country and are deducted from the payout.

3.5 Tax and invoices. You're responsible for your own taxes, and for issuing any invoice or receipt the law requires for your commission. We may ask for tax details before paying, and withhold payment where the law requires us to.

3.6 Errors. If we overpay you by mistake, we may recover it from future commission or ask you to repay it.

4. How you promote

4.1 Be truthful. Describe events accurately, using the organizer's own information. Don't promise anything the organizer doesn't offer, and don't present yourself as the organizer or as Vibez.

4.2 Say it's paid. Make clear that you earn a commission where the law or the platform you post on requires it (for example #ad or "paid partnership").

4.3 No spam. Only send messages to people who agreed to receive them. In Israel that includes the Communications Law s.30A consent rule for marketing by SMS, WhatsApp, email and calls.

4.4 Not allowed: buying ads on Vibez's name or brand keywords without our written permission; cookie stuffing, fake or self-referred orders, or any trick that credits you for a sale you didn't bring; reselling tickets; and using Vibez or organizer logos beyond what the affiliate app gives you.

4.5 Personal data. Any buyer data you see in your app is for tracking your sales only. Don't copy, sell or reuse it.

5. Your relationship with us

5.1 You're an independent affiliate, not an employee, agent or partner of Vibez or of any organizer. You're not entitled to employment benefits, and you can't bind us or the organizer.

5.2 You set your own hours and methods, within these terms.

6. Suspension and closing

6.1 You can leave at any time from your affiliate app or by emailing hello@vibez.io. Commission already available stays yours to withdraw.

6.2 We may suspend or close your affiliate account, or withhold commission on the affected sales, if you break these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, or if the law requires it. We'll tell you why, unless the law stops us.

6.3 Commission earned through fraud or a breach of section 4 isn't payable.

7. Content and brand

7.1 You may use the event flyers, links and descriptions your affiliate app provides, only to promote those events.

7.2 You're responsible for what you publish. If an organizer or a third party makes a claim because of your content or conduct, you'll cover it to the extent you caused it.

8. Liability

8.1 We provide the program "as is" and don't guarantee any amount of sales or commission, or that tracking will never fail.

8.2 Except where the law doesn't allow a limit, our total liability to you is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect loss or lost profit.

9. Changes, law and disputes

9.1 We may change these terms with at least 15 days' notice by email or in your affiliate app. If you keep promoting after the change, the new terms apply.

9.2 The law and courts are those of the Vibez Company you contract with under section 1.2: Israel (Tel Aviv courts), New York (New York courts), or Cyprus (Nicosia courts).

9.3 Questions: hello@vibez.io (start the subject with Affiliate). Privacy questions: see the Privacy Policy.
