Tap any member in Community to open their profile — everything you know about them, in one place.

What you'll see

• Who they are — name, age, gender, birthday, country, and their status (Active, Pending, On-hold, Declined) with when they joined.
• Contact — phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook.
• Groups — the groups they're in; add or remove right from here.
• Spend — events attended, orders, and total spent.
• Application answers — how they answered your member questions.
• NFC tag — their wristband and its balance, if one's connected.

Change their status

Right from the profile, you can act on them:

• Pending → Approve, Hold, or Decline.
• Active → Set on hold or Deactivate.
• On-hold → Release or Deactivate.
• Declined / inactive → Reactivate.

To act on many people at once instead, use find & filter.
