Track sales by channel

Updated 2026-06-15

A channel tells you where a sale came from — a story post, a newsletter, an ambassador, an ad. Each channel is a tracked link, so every order through it is counted to that source automatically.

Your Main Link and channels

Every event has a Main Link — that's direct traffic, people who came straight to your event. Each additional channel adds a short code to the link (like ?c=4283), so a sale through that link is attributed to it without you tagging anything by hand.

See the breakdown

Open your event and go to Channels. For each one you'll see Sales, Orders, Tickets, and Views, plus a Channel mix bar you can switch between Sales, Orders, and Tickets to see the split at a glance.

Open a single channel for the full picture: total sales, tickets sold, conversion rate, and a per-ticket breakdown.

Share a channel's link

Tap Share on a channel to copy its tracked link or show a QR code, then post it wherever that channel lives — your Instagram story, a newsletter, a partner's page. Everything bought through it lands under that channel.

Channels vs the pixel

Channels tell you where sales come from inside Vibez. A pixel sends purchase data out to an ad platform like Meta. Most producers use both.

Naming and adding your own channels is rolling out to Project Settings. Your Main Link works today, and any channels already set up for your project appear here.
