Create a ticket
Updated 2026-06-15
A ticket is what gets a buyer into your event. You can have as many ticket types as you like — Early Bird, GA, VIP — each at its own price.
Add a ticket
- Open your event and go to the Tickets tab.
- Tap Create ticket (the + button — bottom-right on mobile, top of the list on desktop).
- Fill in the essentials:
- Name — what buyers see, e.g. Early Bird.
- Price — in your event's currency. Leave it at 0 for a free ticket.
- Stock — how many you're selling.
- Tap Create ticket. It's live on your event page right away (unless you set it otherwise below).
Choose the type
Type defaults to Entry ticket. Tap Change to pick another — Child, Transport, Merchandise, Drinks & food, Accommodation, Top up, Cashless, or Other. The type sets the right icon and groups it sensibly on your event page.
Control who buys, and when
- Access — Public (anyone with the event link), Members (your community only), or Secret (only reachable with a code or direct link).
- Status — Active (on sale now), Timed (auto on/off by a sales window), Inactive (visible but not buyable), or Hidden (off the event page). Pick Timed to set Sale starts and Sale ends.
Fine-tune (optional)
Open Additional ticket settings for:
- Description — a short line shown on the ticket.
- Min / order and Max / order — limit how many one buyer can grab.
- Validity — when the ticket can be scanned at the gate. Leave blank to follow the event window.
When a type runs out it shows as sold out — you can always raise the stock to sell more.
