Delete account request

Want to delete your Vibez account? The quickest way is in the Vibez app or on web.vibez.io, in your profile settings. Can't sign in? Fill in the form below with the phone number linked to your account, and we'll delete your account within one month.

We delete your account, profile and contact details. We keep records of your orders and payments for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Organizers of events you bought tickets for keep the order details they received, under their own privacy policy.
