How can we help? / Your tickets

Where are my tickets?

Every ticket you buy or claim lives on your Vibez profile, tied to your phone number — so you can reach them from any device you sign in on.

Find your tickets

  1. Open the Vibez app, or go to web.vibez.io on your phone.
  2. Sign in with the phone number you used to buy — we send you a code by SMS or WhatsApp.
  3. Open Tickets. Every ticket you own or have claimed appears here, newest first.

What if a ticket is missing?

  • Bought for you by someone else? It shows up with a Claim button — tap it to add it to your tickets (see Receive & claim a ticket).
  • Used a different phone number? Sign in with that number instead — tickets follow the number they were issued to.
  • Order still pending approval? For members-only or approval events the ticket appears once the organizer approves your order.
