How can we help? / Account & team

Invite your team

Updated 2026-07-21

You don't run events alone. Teammates get their own login and only see the parts of the dashboard their role allows.

Invite a teammate

  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Tap Invite.
  3. Who — enter their email. They'll get an invite to join your project.
  4. Role — pick one (each has a short description of what it unlocks).
  5. Events — give them all events, or tick only the specific events they should see.
  6. Tap Send invite. Until they accept, their row shows Invite sent.

Roles

Each role unlocks a slice of the dashboard, so people see what they need and nothing they don't:

  • Admin — full access to the project, including settings and money.
  • Events manager — create and run events, tickets, and orders.
  • Community manager — approve members and run the community.
  • Ambassador — a promoter with their own tracked link (see recruit an ambassador).
  • Viewer — see the numbers, change nothing.

Your own row shows as Owner — that's you, with everything.

Change or remove someone

Tap a teammate's row to open them. From there you can change their role or events scope, or Remove them from the project (you'll confirm first). Access updates the moment you save.
