Run an ambassador campaign
Updated 2026-07-21
An ambassador is a promoter — a DJ, a host, a partner — who shares your event with their own tracked link and code, and earns commission on the sales they bring in. You open the door with a campaign: it sets the commission and who's allowed to promote.
Create a campaign
- Open your event and go to Affiliates.
- Tap New campaign.
- Set the commission — the rate an ambassador earns on each order (%).
- Choose who can promote:
- Open to all ambassadors — any registered Vibez ambassador can pick up your event.
- Select specific ambassadors — only the ones you choose. Search your ambassador pool and tick who's in.
- Save. Your ambassadors can now promote the event and start earning.
Track a campaign
Open a campaign to see how it's doing — orders, revenue, average order, and commission paid — plus a per-ambassador breakdown so you can see who's driving sales. You can edit a campaign's commission and access, or delete it.
What ambassadors do
Ambassadors don't work inside your producer dashboard. They use the Vibez Ambassador app to grab their tracked link and code, watch their sales in real time, and request their payouts. It keeps their view simple and yours clean.
Finding ambassadors
"Select specific ambassadors" picks from ambassadors already registered with your project. Need more people? Point promoters to the ambassador directory (linked from the Affiliates screen) to register — then they'll show up for you to add, or they can join an open campaign themselves.
