Duplicate an event

Updated 2026-06-16

Running the same event again? Duplicate it instead of rebuilding from scratch — your tickets and promo codes come along.

Duplicate it

  1. Go to your Events list.
  2. On the event you want to copy, open the ⋯ menu (top-right of the card) and tap Duplicate event.
  3. In the dialog, set:
    • Event name — defaults to "<name> (copy)"; rename it.
    • Start date & time and End date & time for the new event.
  4. Tap Duplicate. You land on the new event, ready to tweak and publish.

What carries over

Your tickets and promo codes copy across, and their dates shift to match the new schedule. What does not copy: orders, payouts, announcements, and the event's link — the new event starts fresh on those.

Good to know

  • The duplicate is created unpublished, so you can adjust it before it goes live — see edit or cancel a published event once it's out.
