Print the tickets poster

Guests at the door asking where their tickets are? Hang the official poster: they scan its QR code and land straight on their own tickets. It works for every Vibez event — the QR opens the guest's tickets page, not a specific event.

Print the poster (A4 PDF)

  1. Open the assets page and go to Tickets poster (A4).
  2. Tap Download PDF — available in English and Hebrew.
  3. Print on A4:
    • Set scale to 100% / Actual size — don't use "fit to page"; shrinking the QR makes it harder to scan.
    • Color looks best, but black & white scans fine too.
    • Plain paper works; laminate it for multi-day events or outdoor entrances.
  4. Test it — scan the printed poster with your phone camera. It should open web.vibez.io/tickets.

Hang it at eye level near the entrance, the box office, or the wristband exchange.

Just the QR

Need the QR on its own — for screens, flyers, or your own signage? It's on the assets page under Tickets QR, as SVG and PNG. Keep white space around it and don't recolor it.

Logos

The same page has every official Vibez logo variation (including a "Powered by" lockup) as SVG + PNG for flyers, screens, and co-branded materials. Use the files as they are — don't stretch, recolor, or rebuild them.

Good to know

  • The poster's QR opens the guest's own tickets — they sign in with their phone number and every ticket they own is there. Scanning at the door is the separate step where your team admits them.
  • Promoting a specific event? Share your event instead — that QR goes to your event page, where people buy.
