Schedule when a ticket sells

Want Early Bird to close on its own, or a tier to open at midnight? Give a ticket a timed sales window and Vibez handles the on/off for you.

Set a sales window

When you create or edit a ticket, set its Status to Timed. Two fields appear:

• Sale starts — when it goes on sale.
• Sale ends — when it comes off sale.

Inside the window the ticket is on sale automatically; once it ends it shows Sale ended on the event page — it stays visible, just not buyable. No flipping switches at 2am.

The statuses, side by side

• Active — on sale now.
• Timed — on and off by the window above.
• Inactive — visible, but not buyable.
• Hidden — off the event page entirely.

Switch a ticket back to Active any time to override the schedule and sell right away.
