Project settings

Your project is your brand on Vibez — the producer behind the events. Settings is where you manage it, split into four areas. You'll only see the ones your role allows.

Details

Your project's identity — the same fields you set when you created the project, now editable:

• Identity — name, address, description.
• Branding — a square Logo (1:1) and a Cover (16:9), shown across the buyer app and your dashboard.
• Contact — Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook.
• Organization — Legal name, Tax ID, Country, Address. Used for tax receipts and payout records, visible only on legal documents.

At the bottom is a Danger zone — deleting a project removes all its events, members, and orders, and can't be undone.

Payees

The bank accounts you pay out to — yours and anyone you settle with (crew, venue, artists). Add a payee with their bank details, and you'll be able to send payouts to them. See how & when you get paid.

Channels

Create and manage tracked links so you can see where your buyers come from — flip each active or inactive, and tie one to an ambassador. See set up a channel and track sales by channel.

Team

Invite teammates and set each one's role and event scope. See invite your team.
