Export orders, tickets & members
Updated 2026-08-27
You can export three lists out of Vibez: orders, sold tickets, and members. Each one becomes a report you download.
Where to export from
- Orders — open your event, go to Sales → Orders, then Export.
- Sold tickets — open your event, go to Sales → Tickets, then Export.
- Members — go to Community → Members, select the members you want, and use Export in the bulk action bar.
Filter first — the export follows your filters
This is the part worth knowing: your export contains what your filters contain. The export dialog shows Filters applied, so if you've narrowed the list down to one ticket type, one date range, or one group, that's what you get.
So if you need everything, clear your filters before exporting. If you need one slice, filter to it first and skip the spreadsheet work afterwards.
The file is prepared in the background
After you confirm, Vibez builds the report. You'll see "we're preparing your report" and then "Your report is ready!" with the download. Larger events take longer — you don't need to keep the dialog open the whole time.
If it says the export failed, try it again. A repeated failure on the same filters is worth reporting to us.
If you can't see Export
Exporting is a permission, granted per role. If Export isn't there, your role on this project doesn't include it — ask whoever owns the project to adjust your access. See invite your team.
