Publish or unpublish your event

Updated 2026-06-16

Your event isn't sellable until you publish it. The toggle lives in the event's top bar — it reads Publish while you're offline and Published once you're live.

Publish it

  1. Open your event. In the top bar, flip Publish.
  2. A confirm appears — "Publish [event]?". The event goes live and shareable.
  3. Send push notification is on by default — leave it on to notify your active members, or turn it off to go live quietly. Your choice, every time.
  4. Tap Publish.

Now your event link works and buyers can check out.

Unpublish it

Flip the toggle again to take the event back offline. You'll confirm "Unpublish [event]?" — the event link stops working until you publish again, and members aren't notified (going dark is silent).

Good to know

  • Re-publishing later won't notify anyone again unless you leave the Send push notification toggle on.
  • Before you publish, make sure your cover, dates, tickets, and access mode are set.
