Add-on ticket types — transport, merch & more

Updated 2026-06-16

A ticket isn't only for getting in. When you create a ticket, its Type defaults to Entry ticket — tap Change to sell something else alongside admission.

The types

  • Entry ticket — event admission (the default).
  • Child — a reduced rate.
  • Transport — shuttle or bus.
  • Merchandise — a t-shirt, hat, or other goods.
  • Drinks & food — a drink pass or meal.
  • Accommodation — camping or a room.
  • Top up — wallet credit.
  • Cashless — a wristband.
  • Other — anything else.

The Type sets the right icon and groups the ticket sensibly on your event page.

How to set it

  1. Create a ticket and fill in the essentials — Name, Price, Stock.
  2. Next to Type, tap Change and pick the type.
  3. Set its price and stock like any other ticket, then tap Create ticket.

Good to know

  • Type locks once the ticket exists — pick the right one up front; you can't change it after creating (you'd create a new ticket instead).
  • Everything else works the same — who can buy it, timed sales windows, and min/max per order.
