Comp tickets with the guest list

Every event has a guest list — artists, crew, partners, friends. Instead of fake discount codes or holding tickets aside, comp them directly: the guest gets a personal link to their tickets, no signup and no verification code needed.

Find it under your event → Attendees → Guestlist, next to Orders and Tickets.

Add a guest

Tap Add guest and fill in two things:

• Guest — start typing a name or phone. If they're already a member, pick them from the results; if not, just keep typing and they're added as a new guest. For a new guest you can add a phone — optional, but if you do, they get their link by text.
• Tickets — pick how many of each ticket to give. Anything with stock left can be comped (bar top-ups are the exception), and sold-out tickets can't — comps come out of the same stock as sales.

One tap on Add creates the comp — it shows up as a regular order, just free.

Share the link

Right after you add a guest, the share sheet opens with their personal link — send it over WhatsApp, text, or anything else. Need it again later? Every row has a share icon.

The link opens the guest's tickets directly — nothing to install, no account to create. At the door they're scanned like any other ticket.

Manage the list

The Guestlist tab shows everyone comped, with a search on top. Tap a guest to see their order, or remove them to take the tickets back — their link stops working.

You'll only see the guest list if your role allows managing orders.
