Who can buy a ticket

Every ticket has an Access setting that decides who can see and buy it. Set it when you create or edit a ticket — tap Change next to Access.

The three options

• Public — anyone with your event link can buy. This is the default.
• Members — only your community members can buy. Good for member perks and members-only pricing.
• Secret — hidden from the event page; only reachable with a code or a direct link. Best for VIP, early access, or invite-only — see secret tickets.

Ticket access vs. the event's access mode

A ticket's Access works inside your event. It's separate from the event's own access mode (Public / Members-only / Private), which gates the whole event. So a Public event can still carry a Members ticket just for your community.

Good to know

• Members currently opens the ticket to your whole community. Limiting a ticket to specific groups isn't available yet — it's coming.
• A Secret ticket only appears once a code reveals it. Create one under Tickets → Codes.
