Why your event says Pending

A new event can sit in Pending. That means Vibez is reviewing it before it can sell — it isn't something you've done wrong, and it isn't a setting you can switch off.

Reading the status on your event

Your event shows one status at a time:

• Draft — you haven't published it yet. This one is on you.
• Pending — we're reviewing it.
• A countdown like 12d or Today — approved and published, waiting for its date.
• Live — happening right now.
• Ended — the event is over.
• Paused — sales are stopped for now.

Once we approve it, the status moves on by itself. You don't need to resubmit anything.

Pending is not the same as "nobody can buy"

Three different things stop tickets selling, and they look similar from outside:

1. Draft — never published. Publish it.
2. Pending — published, waiting on our review.
3. Published but sales not switched on — the most common one, and easy to miss. See publish or unpublish your event.

If you copied your event link and it doesn't behave like a live sale page, check which of those three you're in before anything else.

If your sale date is close

Message us and include your event number — it's the first thing we'll ask for, and having it in your first message is the difference between a two-minute answer and a back-and-forth. Add the event name and start date too if you have them handy.
