How can we help? / Events

Event settings

Updated 2026-06-16

Every event has a Settings screen with the switches that shape how it sells and runs. Open your event, tap More, then Settings. Most are simple toggles that take effect the moment you flip them; a few open a small screen to enter a value.

Listing & link

  • Visibility — off keeps the event off Vibez Explore; your direct links and project page still work.
  • URL — a custom path after vibez.io/e/ (auto-generated if you leave it blank).
  • Embed — a snippet that drops a checkout block onto your own site.

Sales rules

  • Order limit — the most orders one buyer can place.
  • One ticket / buyer — cap entry tickets to one per buyer (add-ons stay uncapped).
  • Buyer promo — let buyers type promo codes at checkout. Off, and codes still work via a direct link or auto-activation.
  • Fee passed — how much of the platform fee the buyer covers versus what you absorb: You absorb the fee, Split 50 / 50, or Buyer covers the fee.

Automatic (members & private events)

  • Membership — when an order is approved, the ticket holders' memberships are approved too.
  • Order — auto-approve orders from members, on private events.

At the door

  • Dynamic QR — the ticket QR rotates every 30 seconds to stop screenshot sharing.
  • NFC connect — let scanners bind an NFC wristband to a person.
  • NFC check — let scanners read a wristband's person, membership, balance, and tags.

Tracking

  • Pixel — add your Meta Pixel ID; see add a tracking pixel.

Toggles save instantly, so there's no Save button to hunt for — flip one and it's done.
