Running another event? You already have everything

Ran an event with us before and want to do another? You don't need a new account, and you don't need a new project. Your next event goes inside the project you already have.

Why it works this way

A project is your community — your organization, venue, or brand. Events live inside it. That's what keeps your members, your channels, and your history in one place instead of scattered across separate logins.

So the answer to "do I just open another event?" is yes — open it under the same project.

Add the next event

1. Sign in and open your project.
2. Go to Events and tap New event.
3. Fill in the details and save.

Your new event starts fresh, but it inherits the project around it: the same members, the same team, the same payees.

Faster: duplicate the last one

If the new event is a repeat — same venue, same ticket structure, same lineup shape — duplicate it instead of rebuilding. You keep the setup and just change the date and name. See duplicate an event.

This is usually the right move for an annual or recurring night.

Last year's event is still showing

An old event staying visible in your list is normal — it's your record of what you sold, and your income and payouts hang off it. It doesn't block a new event and you don't need to delete it.

If it's still selling tickets when it shouldn't, that's a separate thing: see publish or unpublish your event.
